Data collected
Through the contact form we collect: name, email, phone (optional) and message. Through aggregated analytics (Plausible, no cookies) we collect anonymous traffic stats. If you accept the cookie banner, Google Analytics 4 also records aggregated behaviour with IP anonymisation.
Purpose
Contact data is used exclusively to reply to your request. We don't do direct marketing or third-party sharing without express authorisation.
Retention period
Initial contact emails kept for 3 years or until deletion request. Active client data kept during contract and 10 years after (tax obligation).
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, portability or limitation of processing by emailing geral@nossosite.pt. You have the right to complain to CNPD (Portuguese data protection authority).
Sub-processors
We use Resend for transactional emails, Hostinger and Vercel for hosting, Plausible and Google Analytics for analytics (the latter only with consent). All are GDPR-compliant.
