Why short-term rentals only

We started building websites for all kinds of businesses and noticed one thing: short-term rentals in Portugal are trapped. Small operators handing over 10–25% commission to Booking and Airbnb, with no real alternative - because the own-domain sites they know are slow, badly translated and without a booking engine.
We decided to specialise. Instead of doing 'sites for everything', we do sites for short-term rentals - with booking engine, multilingual, local SEO and everything the sector requires. The result: clients who pay for the site in 2–3 months just with commission savings.

We don't measure page views - we measure how many bookings arrive without going through OTAs.
